My Recs for Pediatric Healthcare Workers

  • A solid work bag: You need something to hold all your goodies! I have the quilted bag from FP Movement but this Amazon dupe seems very similar!

  • Good pens: Pens are a hot commodity in the healthcare world so hold them close!

  • Caffeinated beverage of choice: I love Alani’s because they have less Biotin and B12 (apparently those aren’t the best for your skin in high quantities) than Celsius but still more caffeine than coffee!

  • Badge reel and keychains: If you’re in pediatrics you NEED a fun keychain on your badge for kids to play with! Pop-its are always popular but kids also love the animal flashlights because they make noise!

  • Leak-free water bottle: I love my Owala!

  • Straw covers: To help keep away the hospital air (if you have a bottle with a straw)

  • Travel mug: For the coffee days

  • Compression socks: These help with circulation and preventing soreness!

  • Fanny pack: I know a lot of nurses will wear these to keep extra supplies and I like mine for little distraction items like bubbles and Buzzy!

  • Cute accessories: I love these colorful Amazon headbands! Adds a pop of color to an outfit
